Pete brings over 14 years of real estate experience, specializing in a wide range of asset management in both the residential and commercial sectors.  He is currently responsible for the company's property management, business development & brokerage Services.

Before joining Olympus, Pete was responsible for a luxury condominium portfolio located in downtown Boston made up of 1,200 units, 60 buildings.  After understanding the ins and outs of the condominium world, Pete went on to commercial real estate where he managed a 300,000 SF Class A office tower in Boston's Financial District and assisted in the redevelopment of 180,000 SF in Central Square Cambridge.  

With his wide range of experience, he is extremely capable of handling any situation that arises with your property.  Pete is a Certified Manager of Community Associations(CMCA), an Association Management Specialist(AMS), and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts.
